Balzac's Coffee Roasters

Balzac's Coffee Roasters is a Canadian coffee chain roasting the finest selection of Arabica beans. There are 14 unique cafe locations across Ontario serving some of Canada's best coffee.
We created an order-ahead app that allowed Balzac's clients to order their coffee, collect loyalty, and scan to pay.

I contributed by leading the internal team at Smooth Commerce on the app's interface and experience. Conducting market research, usability testing, wire framing and prototyping. I worked closely with Balzac's marketing agency, and followed their direction regarding branding and visual guidelines, and created the illustrations you see in the app today.
